Maison Bellavista S.L. makes backup copies of the content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total restoration of data deleted by users, as the mentioned data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup. 

The services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content preserved in the backups made by Maison Bellavista S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always with prior acceptance of the user. 

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Maison Bellavista S.L.. 

Commercial communications 

In application of the LSSI, Maison Bellavista S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic communication means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients of the same.
